Cysgliad i'r Mac License
This is a legal agreement between you and Bangor University ('the University'). Do not proceed to install the program unless you have read this agreement and accept its terms.
'Software' means the Cysill and Cysgeir software originating from the Cysgliad CD-ROM and 'manual' means this licence and the accompanying user documentation concerning Cysill and Cysgeir originating from the Cysgliad CD-ROM.
The University warrants that for a period of 90 days after purchase, the Software will perform substantially in accordance with the Manual. All other warranties express or implied as to quality or fitness for purposes are excluded. The warranty will not apply if the failure in the Software is caused by accident, misuse or abuse.
3 Limitation of Liability
The liability of the University for defective products is limited to the repair or replacement of the Software or a refund of the price at the University's option. Save where by law its liability cannot be excluded the University will not be liable to you for special, financial, consequential, incidental or indirect damages. You acknowledge that the price is based on the University's liability being limited in this way and that such a provision is reasonable.
If you are entering into this agreement as a 'consumer' as defined by the Unfair Contract Terms Act, 1977, nothing in this agreement will affect or limit your statutory rights.
If any provision of this agreement is declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, it will not affect the other provisions.
6 Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by English and Welsh Law and you and the University agree to submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
